📦 Returns & Exchange Policy

At Capri Watches, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. That’s why we offer a clear and transparent returns and exchange policy, in accordance with current legislation.

🛠️ Legal Warranty

All our watches include the minimum legal warranty of 3 years, as established by Spanish consumer law. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects.

⏱️ Product Maintenance

Capri watches are precision products that require periodic maintenance to ensure optimal performance. As quartz watches, we recommend:

  • Battery replacement every 1–2 years (depending on usage).
  • Full servicing every 2 years, which may include internal cleaning, lubrication of components, and water resistance check.

Failure to properly maintain the watch voids any right to return or exchange, even within the warranty period.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has visible or verifiable manufacturing defects upon delivery.
  • A shipping error by Capri Watches occurred (wrong model, incomplete item, etc.).

In such cases, we will cover all return or replacement costs.

❌ Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Accidental damage after delivery.
  • Improper or negligent use of the product.
  • Lack of maintenance or improper handling of the mechanism.
  • Water damage: although our watches are water-resistant up to 5 ATM (splash, rain, or hand-washing), they are not designed for submersion or use in showers, pools, or water sports. Moisture or immersion damage is not covered.

📅 Return Period

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, as long as the product has not been used and is in its original condition.

This right does not apply to used or altered products, those without original packaging, or showing signs of wear.

📝 How to request a return or exchange?

  1. Email us at contact@capriwatches.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if applicable.
  2. We will respond within 48 hours with next steps.
  3. If applicable, we will send you a return label or arrange the exchange at no cost.
